Waterfalls

After our sunny arrival, we awoke in Milford Sound the next morning to a driving rain. We kayaked anyway (pix are on the cheap waterproof camera so won't have any to show till I get back), which was incredible as the waterfalls were wild. There are two permanent ones but after a rain as many as 1,000.

On the way back, the mountains were leaping with waterfalls. Taken through the rainy windows of the bus.
